Job Description

As part of a stainless steel furnace modification project , we are looking for a hands-on Process Manager to support the modification and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical and process expertise during the modification and commissioning of the stainless steel furnace .
- Monitor and optimize furnace process parameters during commissioning and start-up.
- Analyze process performance and identify deviations or technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal furnace operation.
- Support testing,



commissioning and production start-up activities.
- Work closely with the Commissioning Manager, engineering, automation, maintenance and production teams.
- Provide technical recommendations and support to the project team on site.

Qualifications

- Strong technical knowledge of stainless steel (INOX) furnace processes.
- Proven and confirmed experience in the commissioning and start-up of stainless steel furnaces is essential.
- Experience in process optimization and troubleshooting.
- Experience in industrial furnace modification, revamping or upgrade projects is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
- Availability for a 3-week in office assignment.
