Role : Fractional Senior Product Designer – AI-NativeLocation: HyderabadEngagement: Freelance / FractionalExperience: 5–10 YearsWork Mode: Hybrid – Weekly in-person collaboration requiredAbout the OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to work with us on a fractional/freelance basis.You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to design intuitive, scalable and AI-native products.This is an opportunity for a designer who enjoys ownership, ambiguity and rapid product development.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn product design end-to-end — from problem definition to shipped product.Design intuitive experiences for complex enterprise/B2B workflows.Create user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI.Build and evolve design systems, components and reusable patterns.Rapidly explore and prototype multiple design solutions.Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape product direction and implementation.Conduct design reviews and continuously improve product quality.AI-Native Design – Core RequirementUse AI extensively as part of your everyday design workflow.Apply AI for research, ideation, UX exploration, UI design, prototyping, design systems and design-to-code.Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI/Figma Make, Cursor, v0, Lovable,



Framer AI or equivalent.Demonstrate how AI has made you significantly faster and more effective as a designer.We are looking for someone who actively experiments with AI rather than simply using it for content generation.Required Experience5–10 years of Product Design / UX / UI experience.Strong experience with B2B, Enterprise, SaaS or complex digital products.Strong UX, interaction and visual design skills.Advanced Figma and prototyping skills.Experience building design systems and component libraries.Solid product thinking and ability to work independently.Proven ability to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering.Hyderabad – MandatoryMust currently be based in Hyderabad.Must be comfortable working in a fractional/freelance engagement.Should be available to meet our team in person at least once every week for short discussions, product walkthroughs and design reviews.Additional in-person sessions may be required during critical design phases.Portfolio – MandatoryStrong product design portfolio with 3–5 relevant case studies.At least one case study should demonstrate meaningful use of AI in the design process.Portfolio should demonstrate UX thinking + UI craft + systems thinking + shipped product experience.Not a Fit IfYour experience is primarily graphic, branding or marketing design.You primarily execute screens from predefined requirements.You have limited product ownership.You have little hands-on experience using AI in your design workflow.You are based outside Hyderabad or cannot commit to weekly in-person interaction.If you are a strong Product Designer who uses AI to dramatically accelerate how you research, think, prototype and design — we'd love to work with you.
