Job Purpose: The Order ProcessingCoordinator is a primary point-of-contact for Sales Teams, CountryOperations Lead, Finance and Logistics. This position is mainlyfocused on the processing of Sales Order requests from Sales teamfor various vendors or processing PO requests from the Sales Orderteam and releasing the PO to variousvendors.Responsibilities: Tovalidate supporting document and process Sales/Purchase Orderrequests based on vendors (line cards) and country'srequirement To ensure required approvals are inplace (GTC/ECCN/DPC/Credit Check) Responsibleto clear the order requests queue withinSLA Submit PO request upon Purchase RequisitionNumber generated Ensure release of completedPO to vendors within SLA To follow up withvendor on order status and estimated time ofarrival Communicate to Logistic team onvendor's deliveryrequirement Knowledge,Skills andExperience: 1to 3 Years of relevant workexperience. Bachelor's Degree with Business,IT, Supply Chain Field of Study preferred. Ableto execute instructions and to request clarification whenneeded. Possesses strong data entryskills. Able to perform basic mathematicalcalculations. Able to recognize and attend toimportant details with accuracy andefficiency. Able to communicate clearly andconvey necessary information. Able to converseand write effectively in English and Malay Ableto interact effectively with all levels ofmanagement. Possesses robust multi-culturalinterpersonal skills. Able to constructivelywork under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads anddeadlines. Able to work independently withminimum supervision.
