one of Atlanta’s fastest growing e-retailers is seeking a Forward Deployed Agent Builder to join our team in Chennai, India. Work directly with business and product teams to identify high-value problems and design, build, and deploy AI agents that solve real-world workflows. This role combines agent engineering, product thinking, and strong communication.

What You Will Do:
- Business Problem Framing & Solution Design- Break down complex business problems into AI-solvable components, translate requirements into workflows, tools, and data needs, communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Agent Design & Development - Build agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph, implement multiagent architectures (ReAct, supervisor models), optimize for latency, cost, and accuracy
- RAG & Knowledge Systems - Design end-to-end RAG using Copilot, work with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, pgvector)
