OVERVIEW

The Analyst- Logistics is responsible for driving Operations with excellence. The candidate needs to align the priorities of Business stakeholders to Floor teams. She/ He is expected to be working with a continuous improvement mindset and show exceptional customer centricity. The role will be in Logistics Support,



Warehouse Operations and Repack Operations. The candidate is expected to be familiar with the key functions mentioned to better fit the role

KEY RESPOSIBILITES
- System Integration – Able to handle interface between SAP and external WMS systems
- Inventory Reconciliation – Inventory Stock counts, annual stock check, Inventory audit, physical vs system stock reconciliation
- Customer Dispute Management – Explicit understanding of customer returns, uplift process, credit and debit process
- Stock Transport - Warehouse to Warehouse Reallocations, Plant to Plant, Sample Order Processing, Special Sales
- Warehouse Repack - Responsible for repacking planning for Warehouses, work with vendors to ensure all packaging materials are in-stock for repack
- Operations - Review progress of weekly repack plan and Operations, Close repack PO's before closing need to check with connected teams
