Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an HR assistant (Learning & Development) will be based in Chennai.

What A Typical Day Looks Like:
- Support the learning interventions aligned with business needs.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for coordinating both online and offline Training Program.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across L&D; initiatives.
- Handle Workday L&D; transactions, ensuring accurate and timely updates to employee learning records.
- Address SNC queries related to learning programs




- Maintain and publish MIS & Reports for program performance, participation, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, coordination, and performance tracking.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and engagement.

The Experience we’re Looking to Add to The Team :
- 0-2 years of Experience
- Knowledge of Basic and advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate project management knowledge.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and vendors professionally.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with the team, ensuring alignment with flexible ways of working and shared goals
