Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Manager / Assistant Manager to manage coordination between clients, landlords, building management, vendors, and internal teams for corporate office and managed workspace operations.

The role requires a highly hands-on skilled who can ensure smooth coordination from office fit-out and site readiness through handover, move-in, ongoing operations, and move-out.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate offices,



coworking/managed workspaces, commercial real estate, facility management, corporate administration, or office infrastructure, with excellent stakeholder management and follow-up capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Liaison with corporate clients, landlords, property owners, building management and other external stakeholders for office-related requirements.

Act as a coordination point between clients and internal teams including Projects, Facility Management, Administration, IT, Procurement and Operations.

Coordinate corporate office fit-outs, site preparation and readiness to ensure spaces are delivered as per agreed timelines.

Work closely with vendors and contractors handling interiors, civil works, electrical, HVAC, IT/networking, security, housekeeping and other facility services.
