Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 relevant years of experience in enterprise monitoring, observability, application performance, and event management.
- Strong hands-on expertise in AppDynamics, including Application Performance Monitoring, End User Monitoring, dashboards, health rules, and business transactions.
- Advanced experience with Splunk, including IT Service Intelligence, dashboards, correlation searches, alerts, and service health monitoring.
- Robust understanding of AIOps and observability concepts on Splunk & AppDynamics, including event correlation, anomaly detection, service mapping,



and proactive issue identification.
- Proven experience in analysing logs, metrics, traces, and events to troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues.
- Hands-on experience in alert tuning, threshold optimisation, event deduplication, and noise reduction to improve monitoring effectiveness.
- Experience in integrating monitoring platforms with IT service management tools for automated incident creation, assignment, and ticket updates on Helix.
- Good knowledge of monitoring on-premises, cloud, SaaS, databases, middleware, APIs, and customer-facing digital services.
- Working knowledge of scripting using Python, PowerShell, Shell, or similar technologies to automate monitoring and operational activities.
- Ability to lead monitoring improvements, coordinate incident troubleshooting, document operational procedures, and work effectively with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
