Essential Job Functions:
- Handle a variety of technical procedures, both current and established, including initial diagnosis, triage, and issue resolution where possible.
- Work with product owners to confirm that product runbooks, monitoring/KPI dashboards, SLAs, and c*omer notification procedures are accurate and up to date.
- Handle advanced troubleshooting, typically through escalations from SEs/SREs.
- Resolve root causes of problems wherever possible.
- Expand existing product functionality and related automation, tooling, and dashboards with logical and maintainable solutions.
- Improve logging and monitoring to enable quick and accurate error detection.




- Understand how c*omers interact with systems and accurately reflect their experience in monitoring.
- Focus, as needed, on product resource usage and how dependencies are tested and managed.
- Create automation to detect compliance requirements when needed.
- Add comments and/or refactor existing product code to improve readability, modularity, maintainability, and ease of contribution.
- Provide code reviews for SE peers and share best practices, SE tools knowledge, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Participate in team on-call rotation and act as a technical leader at the organizational level.
- Advise on the best approach for segmenting and orienting SE work to deliver the greatest business value.
- Create AMS governance strategies based on service contract terms.
- Work closely with providers to ensure application stability and resiliency.
