- Assess the vocational interests, abilities, and training needs of beneficiaries.
- Plan and conduct practical vocational training sessions.
- Teach job-related skills based on the individual's abilities and interests.
- Support beneficiaries in developing work habits, discipline, and workplace behaviour.
- Monitor and document individual progress and training outcomes.
- Coordinate with psychologists, special educators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other rehabilitation professionals.
- Assist in identifying suitable vocational opportunities and work placements.
- Maintain training materials, tools, equipment, and records.
- Ensure a secure, inclusive, and supportive training environment.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and rehabilitation planning.
- Perform other duties related to vocational rehabilitation as assigned.
