- Develop and execute the India TA strategy aligned with business growth and workforce priorities.
- Partner with senior business and HR leaders to understand current and future talent requirements.
- Build a proactive talent pipeline and hire-ahead-of-demand approach for critical and future capabilities.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on talent availability, market trends and compensation.
