This is a high-impact operations leadership role responsible for scaling credentialing activities while maintaining strong standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance.
You will lead multiple Team Leads and oversee high-volume operations, ensuring service levels and performance targets are consistently achieved.
The role combines strategic operational oversight with hands-on leadership, process optimization, risk management, and business continuity planning.
You will use data and performance insights to identify improvement opportunities, reduce operational errors, and increase automation adoption.
You will also manage complex client escalations and partner closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
As a senior operational leader, you will shape team performance, capability development, engagement, and retention while aligning execution with broader business objectives.

- Lead and mentor multiple Credentialing Team Leads, establishing clear expectations and ensuring their teams achieve targets for speed, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor core operational KPIs, identify trends and performance gaps, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
