We are seeking a Staff, Technology Strategy to join the AI Acceleration team within Walmart Global Technology India. This senior individual contributor role will help shape and execute the strategy for responsible, practical and measurable AI adoption across the technology organization. The role sits at the intersection of technology strategy, applied AI, business analysis, change management, enablement and program execution—translating emerging AI capabilities into scalable ways of working that improve associate productivity, leadership decision-making, and business outcomes.
In this role, you will work independently across multiple strategic priorities, converting ambiguous organization challenges into structured strategies, executive narratives, measurement frameworks, enablement programs, and execution plans. You will partner with product, engineering, data, communications, people, finance, legal/risk and other tech stakeholders to build alignment, drive adoption,



surface insights and connect AI investments to transparent usage, value, and impact metrics.

About Team:
The AI Acceleration team is a small, high-impact team within Walmart Global Technology India focused on making AI a practical, responsible, and measurable part of how associates think, operate and deliver enterprise value. The team works at the intersection of technology strategy, applied AI, business analysis, change management and enablement—building the frameworks, programs, communities, labs, measurement systems and executive narratives that help teams adopt AI with clarity and confidence. This role sits at the strategic and analytical core of the charter, connecting emerging AI capabilities to real business workflows, adoption outcomes, leadership decision-making, and scalable ways of working across the organization.
