We are
looking for experienced, energetic Corporate
& MICE Sales professionals to drive corporate and group revenue
across a portfolio of leisure properties owned by our Client. This is not a conventional city-hotel corporate sales
role. You will
be selling leisure destinations as
corporate offsite, retreat, conference, and incentive-travel venues to
Delhi-NCR corporates. This means engaging with a different set of
decision-makers — including HR,
Administration, CXO offices, corporate event teams, and MICE agencies —
and developing long-term relationships that generate group and corporate
business.

What
You'll Be Responsible For

Corporate Account Management
- Identify, prospect, pitch, and close corporate
accounts across Delhi-NCR.
- Generate business for individual corporate
travel as well as offsites, retreats, and group bookings.
- Negotiate and manage corporate rate agreements
and annual contracts.
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with
existing corporate clients and travel agents.

MICE & Group Sales
- Drive revenue from conferences, incentive
travel,



corporate retreats, and group bookings.
- Respond to and manage RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and group contracts.
- Build solid relationships with MICE agencies,
event planners, and corporate HR/Admin teams.
- Work closely with property operations,
banquet, and F&B; teams to convert enquiries into confirmed events and
ensure smooth execution.

Business Development
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings,
and property/site visits.
- Represent the company at trade shows,
networking events, and industry platforms.
- Organize FAM trips and client entertainment to strengthen
relationships and showcase properties.
- Develop new corporate and MICE accounts and
expand the existing market.

Sales Performance & Reporting
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and track
opportunities through to conversion.
- Monitor revenue, conversion, and achievement
against sales targets.
