Role Summary:
Manage day-to-day workplace experience and soft services operations to ensure a safe, productive, and engaging office workplace for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, pest control, and office upkeep services.
- Manage reception, hospitality, meeting room, and visitor experience services.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
- Support employee engagement programs, events, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct workplace audits for cleanliness,
service quality, and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR, Security, IT, and Facilities teams for seamless operations.
- Track budgets, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Corporate Services, Hospitality, or Facility Management, preferably in a office environment.
