Job Summary

The Product Manager will partner with the Tax business and technology teams to define, develop, and manage the lifecycle of Tax Technology products and solutions from discovery through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.

The role will translate Tax business needs and pain points into a clear product strategy, roadmap, and prioritized product capabilities, working closely with engineering, data, technology,



and global Tax stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines strong Tax domain expertise, product management capability, technology understanding, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Roadmap
- Partner with Tax stakeholders to understand business priorities, processes, pain points, and technology opportunities.
- Define and prioritize the Tax Technology product roadmap aligned with business and IT strategy.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve Tax processes through technology and data products.
- Balance business value, technical feasibility, risk, scalability, and delivery priorities.

Product Discovery & Requirements
- Translate Tax business requirements into product capabilities, user stories, and prioritized backlog items.
- Understand end-to-end Tax processes and data flows across Oracle Fi
