This role leads operating model diagnosis and analysis and supports designs and transformations within JLL, generally for entire sub-segments or corporate functions. Working with country and sub-segment board members to drive business change and influence senior stakeholders to enact change through exceptional communication skills. The role is critical in structuring holistic transformation programs while engaging wider JLL transformation capability to deliver on the ground.
The role will:
- Have specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in operating model design and optimisation
- Interpret internal or external business issues and recommends best practices
- Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
- Lead unit teams or projects
The successful candidate will combine the ability to lead teams and workstreams with excellent communication, data analysis and project management skills. The candidate needs a commercial mind-set, solid financial and business understanding and excellent listening and communication skills. A logical, structured approach to problem solving and common sense are key.
Experience:
- Strong professional experience and proven track record in diagnosing business challenges, and a collaborative, data-driven approach to designing solutions and delivering results
