Description
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts and BI professionals to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Write, optimize, and review complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Identify business problems, perform root cause analysis, and recommend data-backed solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks for business monitoring.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and drive best practices in analytics, visualization, and problem-solving.
Required Skills
- Robust expertise in SQL, including query optimization and data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex business challenges.
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities.
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and influence business decisions through analytics.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Experience with Python/R is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related domains.
