About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate who will be responsible for identifying and onboarding healthcare partners such as hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres, while building solid relationships to drive patient referrals and business growth.

? Key Responsibilities

Hospital Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with hospital management, doctors, finance teams, patient coordinators, and support staff.

Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare partners regarding patient financing and crowdfunding solutions.

Conduct regular on-site visits to assigned hospitals.

Create awareness of healthcare financing solutions through meetings, presentations, brochures, and staff training.

Patient Engagement & Lead Generation

-
Engage with patients and their families at hospital premises to understand their financial requirements.

Identify financially stressed patients and offer suitable medical financing or crowdfunding solutions.

Explain eligibility, documentation, application processes, and benefits clearly and empathetically.

Assist patients with documentation and application submissions and coordinate with internal teams for faster processing.

Business Growth & Performance

Drive patient referral volumes through strong relationships with hospital staff and coordinators.

Coordinate with telesales, credit, and operations teams for timely lead processing and closures.
