Job Description
The role reports to the Sr Manager-Production and is based in the Latur Plant

Your Responsibilities
- Adherence to organizational safety policies
- Responsible person to lead Refinery, Tank farm, Lecithin, Thermic fluid boiler & ETP Operations activities in plant ensuring that the services are provided in effective manner within given time frame to ensure smooth operation of plant in safe and reliable manner.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of all types of processes
- Understanding and review of instruments drawing like P&ID; & PFD
- Hands on experience in PLC / SCADA/ DCS
- Inventory management for critical spares
- Involve in training of plant operator
- Prepare and maintain all the required documentation of the department like SOPs, work instructions, MOCs
- Define, review and approve technical specifications of any new equipment to be purchased
- Prepare and provide the cost estimation for projects in Department
- Responsible for running the refinery plant throughout the production activity as per the SOP




- Responsible for the activities which ensure food safety, legality and quality of products
- Coordination with commercial department for production planning
- Ensure that all processes are running efficiently and take action to rectify, if necessary
- Arranging & forecasting of manpower, material, tools & machineries as per work requirement
- Planning for the Preventative & Productive Maintenance and annual maintenance program in budget cost
- Make optimum use of the people and resources available, providing effective leadership within all aspects of the Refining process
- Responsible for minimizing the downtime and trouble shootings
- Coordination with consultant and contractors for outsources job
- Ensuring implementation of permit system. Lock Out Tag Out , Hot work etc.
- Maintain various records and reports in log book and preparing the various MIS and documentation
- Coordination & immediate action plan with plant persons for any in-pro
