Site Audit & Compliance Lead

Key Responsibilities
Audit Management
- Lead site-wide internal, customer, regulatory, and corporate audits.
- Develop and maintain an annual audit calendar and audit readiness framework.
- Conduct periodic process audits and compliance assessments across all operational functions.
- Coordinate preparation of audit evidence, documentation, and audit responses.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors and compliance reviewers.
- Ensure timely closure of audit findings and remediation actions.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to HP policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and customer commitments.
- Maintain compliance with information security, privacy, legal documentation, and operational governance requirements.
- Monitor compliance risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Drive policy awareness and governance programs across the site.
- Establish compliance scorecards and reporting mechanisms for leadership review.
Risk Management
- Identify operational, reputational, regulatory, and business risks.
- Perform periodic risk assessments and recommend controls.
- Track risk mitigation plans and ensure effective closure.
- Support business continuity and operational resilience initiatives.
Process Excellence
- Conduct compliance reviews of operational processes and workflows.
- Partner with Quality and Operations teams to strengthen process controls.
- Drive standardization and adoption of best practices across functions.
- Analyze audit findings and compliance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Training & Awareness
- Develop and deliver compliance, ethics, audit preparedness, privacy, and policy training programs.
- Create awareness campaigns to strengthen a compliance-first culture.
- Ensure mandatory training completion and policy acknowledgements.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Site Leadership, Operations Leaders, HR, Facilities, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Quality teams.
