Key Responsibilities

* You will identify new potential dealerships in key markets based on market
research, demand forecasts, and geographic trends
* Developing proposals and conduct presentations to prospective dealerships,
highlighting business opportunities, partnership benefits, and growth potential
* You will facilitate the onboarding process of recent dealers, ensuring
compliance with company policies and legal agreements
* Building and maintain solid relationships with dealership owners and
managers to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company standards
* You will act as the key point of contact between the company and its
dealerships, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns or
challenges
* Providing training and support to dealerships on product knowledge, company
systems, and best sales practices
* Tracking and analyze dealership performance, including sales volume,
customer satisfaction, and service efficiency
* Developing and implement improvement plans for underperforming dealerships,




working closely with the dealership to identify and resolve issues
* You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional
campaigns and strategies for dealerships to increase footfall and sales
* Ensuring dealerships are adhering to operational standards, including the
proper display of products, service protocols and customer experience guidelines
* Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and
standards

Ideal Candidate

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in business development, dealership management, or
network expansion, ideally in the automotive or electric vehicle industry
* Strong knowledge of the electric two-wheeler market and industry trends
* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Ability to travel frequently for dealership visits and market analysis
