This role supports a strategic global treasury initiative focused on effective bank account management across multiple countries and banking partners.
You will contribute to reconciliations, account transitions, and the opening and closure of bank accounts.
The position offers broad exposure to Treasury, Finance, Tax, and external banking stakeholders in an international setting.
You will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial data and keeping project activities aligned with agreed timelines.
The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and confidence in identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Accountabilities
- Perform and coordinate bank account reconciliations, ensuring financial data is complete, accurate, and properly documented.
- Support bank account transitions across different banking providers and countries, including coordinating account openings and closures.
- Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure activities remain on schedule.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and project roadblocks, communicating and escalating them promptly to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Review and validate treasury and banking data, investigate inconsistencies, challenge incomplete information, and drive issues toward resolution.
- Coordinate activities with banks, external partners, and internal stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, and Tax.
