We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual to join our Project Management team at Marsh Risk. This role is based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

We will count on you to:
- Manage day-to-day execution for multiple analytics initiatives by maintaining structure, driving follow-ups, and escalating blockers appropriately.
- Provide clear, actionable status updates and summaries for stakeholders (progress, next steps, risks/issues, decisions needed).
- Maintain high-quality documentation and reporting so leaders and delivery teams have visibility into project health, milestones, and dependencies.
- Demonstrate strong judgment, attention to detail, and professionalism in cross-group partner scenarios.

What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration, finance, analytics, risk/insurance,



or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
- 2 – 5 years of relevant experiencein project management, PMO, operations, client delivery support, or similar roles.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); experience with project tracking tools is a plus

Eligibility
- Minimum 12 months experience as Lead Specialist(D1)/Senior Specialist(C2)
- Should have at least “On-Track” or equivalent rating in last appraisal.
- Should not be under any Performance Counselling Plan or had any official disciplinary action within the last 3 months.
- Should not have applied for any other IJP in the last 3 months
