Position Title: SAP ABAP HR Developer

Experience:2 -3 Years

Location: Bangalore

Notice period: Immediate - 15 Days

Skills set:SAP ABAP with HR /HCM module experience, SAP Payroll processes,Infotypes , Payroll Schema, Functions, PCRs, PA30 / PA40, payroll -related transactions, reports, interfaces, debugging, and HR forms, Payroll projects

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customise, and support SAP ABAP solutions within the SAP HR/HCM module.

- Work extensively on SAP Payroll processes and payroll -related developments.

- Handle HR master data and payroll functionalities including Infotypes, Payroll Schema, Functions, and PCRs.

- Work on PA30, PA40, and other HR/payroll -related transactions.

- Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and custom objects.

- Perform debugging and troubleshooting for SAP HR/Payroll issues.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand and implement business requirements.

- Ensure smooth integration and performance of HR/payroll solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in SAP ABAP with HR/HCM modules

- Valuable understanding of SAP Payroll processes

- Hands -on experience with:
- Infotypes

- Payroll Schema

- Functions

- PCRs

- PA30 / PA40

- Payroll -related transactions

- Experience in:
- Enhancements

- Reports

- Interfaces

- Debugging

- HR Forms

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in SAP ABAP HR / Payroll projects

- Strong analytical and problem -solving skills

- Good communication and teamwork abilities
