Reporting To: Director / Head – Operations

Role Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Workplace (HSE) Manager to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE programs across our operations.



The role is responsible for driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with legal and client requirements, and supporting operational teams in maintaining the highest standards of workplace health, safety, and environmental performance.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive safety professional with strong stakeholder management skills and experience in implementing and managing HSE systems in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of HSE programs in line with company, client, and statutory requirements.
- Drive a proactive safety culture through engagement, communication, coaching, and training initiatives.
- Partner with operational leaders to ensure effective day-to-day HSE management across sites.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are developed, implemented, and tracked.
