Role Overview

The State Head will own the complete business performance for the assigned state, with end-to-end responsibility for Revenue, Customer Experience, Sales Excellence, and Operational Delivery. The role requires a leader who can think strategically while remaining deeply involved in execution, coaching teams, improving processes, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

This is a leadership position responsible for driving business growth through Sales, Service,



and Member Experience teams while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Revenue Ownership
- Own the P&L; and revenue targets for the assigned state.
- Drive subscription revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution.
- Monitor business KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Identify recent growth opportunities and improve market penetration.

2.Sales Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and Relationship Managers.
- Build a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Improve conversion rates through structured sales reviews and coaching.
- Ensure strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.

3.Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Own the complete member lifecycle and premium customer experience.
- Ensure high service quality across onboarding, matchmaking, and relationship management.
