SLBS Marklance is looking for an experienced and result-oriented *Academic Head cum Operations* to manage academic activities, faculty coordination, student experience, and overall branch operations at our Vyttila branch. MALAYMA SPEAKING CANDITATES ONLY APPLY ED-TECH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day *academic and branch operations*.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor academic schedules, classes, examinations, and training programs.
- Coordinate with faculty members, trainers, and academic teams to ensure smooth delivery of courses.
- Monitor *faculty performance, attendance, class quality, and student feedback*.
- Ensure effective student onboarding, academic support, and issue resolution.
- Track student progress, attendance, academic performance, and course completion.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth branch functioning.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.




- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure discipline, compliance, and qualified standards within the branch.
- Support *student engagement, retention, placements, and overall student satisfaction*.
- Prepare regular academic and operational reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience* in academic administration, education management, branch operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in managing *faculty/training teams and students*.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of academic planning and operational management.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting tools.
