About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and drive the sales function for our commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with a real estate builder/developer, specifically in commercial projects, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading large sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Drive sales for commercial real estate projects including retail, office and other commercial developments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, investors and HNI clients.




- Identify new business opportunities and generate robust sales pipelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Prepare and review sales plans, forecasts, MIS and performance reports.
- Conduct regular team reviews and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
- Develop and strengthen the channel partner network.
- Handle negotiations and closure of high-value commercial deals.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Projects and Accounts teams for smooth customer conversion and closure.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads, site visits, bookings and collections.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and processes.
- Provide regular sales updates and strategic inputs to the senior management.

Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Builder/Developer company experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
