Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand Connectezy’s reach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach, sales conversations, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through lead research, outreach, networking, and market exploration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and present Connectezy’s solutions in a clear, compelling, and professional manner.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
- Prepare business proposals, pitch decks,



presentations, and other sales materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and report progress against targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support business strategy.
- Represent Connectezy professionally in meetings, demos, events, and networking opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
