About the Role

We are hiring a seasoned sales leader to own the US business: the revenue number, the go-to-market, and the team that delivers both. In the early phase you will personally open doors, run pursuits, and close our first marquee US logos. In parallel, you will design the sales engine: hiring, process, playbooks, and partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Go-to-market strategy: ICP definition, target verticals, service positioning,



pricing, and channels
- Responsible for personal source, pursue, and close the first set of US logos
- Hire, ramp, and lead [SDRs, account executives, pre-sales], and define territories, quotas, and incentive plans
- Sales infrastructure: CRM, pipeline discipline, forecasting, and a reporting cadence to leadership
- Build Partnerships and alliances that open doors in the US market
- Market presence: conferences, industry events, and a growing onshore footprint

Qualifications
- 12+ years in US-facing IT services sales, including 4+ years leading a team or business unit
- You have built something: a new geography, a new service line, or a recent logo engine, not just inherited a mature book
- A hunter's instinct that never left: you are still willing and able to open doors and close deals personally
- Personally closed deals in the ranging from USD 250K to 1M+ and owned targets of USD 3M
