ROLE OVERVIEW

Experience: 3–4 Years Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Preference: Strong academic track record/rank preferred.

We're looking for someone who is sharp, commercially aware, agile,



and hands-on — a CA who can not only manage finance vand compliance but also act as a strong business partner to the organization.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee financial accounting, reporting, and compliance activities.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Monitor cash flows, working capital, receivables, payables, and overall financial health.

• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, internal auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.

• Support audit processes, including preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

• Identify financial risks, control gaps, and opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

• Develop and maintain strong internal financial controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies.
