About the role

CastKro connects actors, models and performers with the casting directors who hire them. Thousands of people sign up every month — and most of them never get to the moment where the platform pays off for them. Your job is to fix that with a phone, a pipeline, and a team.

You'll own our new sales and support CRM end to end: the work queue, the two pipelines, the prospect database, and the numbers that come out the other side. You are the first person accountable for activation and revenue on both sides of the marketplace.

What you'll own
- Talent activation and conversion. Get recent sign-ups to a complete profile and a first application, then convert high-intent users to Talent Pro. Own the subscription number.
- Casting director acquisition and expansion. Sell annual plans, seats and audition credit packs to casting directors, agencies and production houses. Own renewals.
- The pipeline itself. Define the stages, the qualification criteria, and what "why contact now" means for each audience. Decide which platform signals earn a call.
- The team. Hire,



train and coach a pod of inside sales and support reps. Build the call scripts, objection library and pitch frameworks — and keep them current.
- Prospecting. Build our database of casting directors and talent who aren't on CastKro yet, from partner lists, credits, events and referrals. Own list quality and consent hygiene.
- The reporting line. Funnel conversion by audience, connect rates, cost per close, churn drivers. Bring the two or three things we should change each month, with evidence.
- The product feedback loop. You sit closest to why people don't pay. Translate that into a prioritized ask for product and engineering.

What we're looking for
- 4–8 years in inside sales, sales operations, or growth — at least 2 of them running a team that carried a number
- You have personally sold on the phone, at volume, and you can still get on a call and close one
- Fluent in a CRM as an operator, not a vie
