Job Description: Field Recruiter (Delivery Executive Hiring)

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Field Recruiter .Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process to onboard Delivery Executives (Delivery Boys/Riders) in assigned locations to support our growing logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Actively source Delivery Executive candidates using local sourcing methods, including field visits, job fairs, and local vendors.

- Cold Calling & Engagement: Utilize cold calling techniques to reach potential candidates and engage them via platforms like WhatsApp.

- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screening, interviews, and background checks of candidates to evaluate suitability for the delivery role.

- Onboarding Support: Facilitate joining formalities,



including document verification and coordination with the local hub/warehouse managers.

- Target Achievement: Responsible for meeting weekly/monthly hiring targets (selection TAT and joining ratio).

- Job Posting: Update and manage job ads on online portals and social media.

Requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in recruitment (logistics, courier, or blue-collar hiring preferred).

- Education: Graduate

- Skills: Robust talent acquisition skills, cold calling, and local area knowledge.

- Language: Proficiency in the local language and Hindi/English.
