Position: Accounts & Tax Executive

Experience Required: Fresher / 0–1 year

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Commerce preferred)

TIMING: Morning 10:30 to 3pm or Evening 4pm to 8pm

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

1. Data entry in Tally / accounting software

2. Maintenance of purchase, sales, cash & bank books

3. Bank reconciliation statements

4. Basic ledger scrutiny and error correction

GST Compliance

1.Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

2. Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with purchase records

3. Follow-up with clients for invoices and missing data

4. Basic understanding of GST notices & compliance

Income Tax Work

1. Preparation of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals & small businesses

2. Assistance in computation of taxable income

3. Data collection from clients (Form 16, AIS, TIS, bank statements, etc.)

Audit & Finalization Support

1. Assistance in finalisation of accounts

2. Preparation of audit working papers

3. Vouching & verification of documents

4.



Support during statutory & tax audits

Client Handling & Office Coordination

1. Communicating with clients over calls & messages

2. Collecting required documents and follow-ups

3. Coordinating with seniors for task completion

Technology & AI Tools

1. Use of MS Excel, Word & Email

2. Learning & using AI tools for data analysis, drafting, and automation

3. Basic exposure to digital tools used in CA practice

Learning & Growth

1. Learning practical aspects of taxation & accounting

2. Staying updated with changes in GST & Income Tax

3. Supporting recent services like:

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Tally & MS Excel working knowledge
