Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Admission Counsellor to assist our admission team in handling prospective students/candidates and supporting the admission process.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, explaining course information, following up with interested candidates and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Explain courses, eligibility, fees, duration and admission process.

Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.

Follow up regularly with interested candidates.

Convert interested leads into successful admissions.

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.

Coordinate with candidates for admission-related requirements.

Prepare daily call, follow-up and admission reports.

Support the admission team in achieving monthly targets.

Mandatory Performance Target





Minimum 4 successful admissions per month is mandatory.

The candidate must actively follow up with assigned leads and work toward achieving the monthly target.

Additional admissions above the minimum target may qualify for performance-based incentives.

Salary & Incentives

₹10,000 – ₹12,000 fixed monthly salary

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Hindi communication is essential.

Basic English communication is preferred.

Good convincing and follow-up skills.

Confident, positive and target-oriented attitude.

Basic computer, smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Experience in telecalling, sales, counselling or admissions is an advantage.

Growth opportunities

Based on performance, the Junior Admission Counsellor may progress to Admission Counsellor / Senior Admission Counsellor.
