Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Puducherry with rotational shifts and no work-from-home option. The position is focused on pharma marketing research and data analysis, supporting US-based pharmaceutical clients with accurate, timely insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and organizing data, validating and cleaning datasets, running basic analyses, and preparing reports or dashboards as directed. The role also involves collaborating with senior analysts,



understanding client requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring the quality and integrity of all data outputs. Fresh graduates in computer science-related disciplines will receive guidance and training to perform these tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- Educational background: B.Sc Computer Science, B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, or related computer science degree; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Location and availability: Preferably based in or willing to relocate to Puducherry; ability to work full-time in office in rotational shifts.
- Technical and analytical skills: Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts, databases or spreadsheets, and comfort working with large datasets.
- Domain interest: Strong interest in pharma marketing research, data-driven decision-making, and learning industry-specific tools and methodologies.
