nJob Summary
nResponsible for driving business growth and revenue within the assigned territory by developing relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporates, and other healthcare partners, while achieving assigned sales targets.
nKey Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory.n
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.n
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.n
- Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and competitor analysis.n
- Promote diagnostic services, health packages, and preventive healthcare solutions.n




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sample collection, reporting, and customer service.n
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM/MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management.n
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client queries.n
- For Managerial roles: lead the sales team, set territory plans, monitor performance, and drive team productivity.n

nCandidate Profile
n
- n
- Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.n
- 6 months –5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in diagnostics, healthcare, pharma, hospitals, or related industries.n
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.n
- Target-oriented with good knowledge of the Mumbai market.n
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.n
