NSemillas Fitó India is looking for passionate agriculture professionals to join our Technical Sales Team across multiple locations in India ( Multiple openings across Hyderabad, Kota, Ahmedabad, Kaithal, Varanasi and other agricultural territories in India)
NAbout the Role
nThe role focuses on farmer engagement, field demonstrations, crop trials, dealer relationship management, market development, and supporting sustainable business growth in the assigned territory.
NResponsibilities:

- Drive farmer engagement through field visits, crop demos, farmer meetings, and dealer training sessions N
- Collaborate with the sales team to accelerate product adoption, strengthen dealer networks, and support business growth N
- Execute crop trials andcollect field-level performance data N
- Identify market gaps and support demonstration activities in high-potential territories N
- Build robust relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and internal sales teams N
- Provide technical support on crop performance, product positioning,



and cultivation practices N
- Update sales/field datain CRM and support reporting requirements N
- Perform other support tasks as required by the organization N

nQualifications:

- n
- Degree / Master'sin Agriculture N
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in vegetable seeds, agri-inputs, technical sales, or market development N
- Strong crop and field knowledge N
- Good farmer and dealer relationship management skills N
- Basic IT / CRM knowledge N
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills N
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory N
