Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Corporate Commercial lawyer with experience in advising on commercial matters, particularly in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. Experience in leasing transactions will be an added advantage.

- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts. N
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual terms, commercial risks and legal implications. N
- Manage contract negotiations with clients, vendors, service providers and other business partners. N
- Provide legal support on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters. N
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks while ensuring business objectives are addressed. N
- Assist in structuring and documenting commercial transactions. N
- Support the team on leasing and related real estate transactions, where required. N
- Conduct legal research and provide clear,



practical and commercially oriented advice. N
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of transactions. N

- Qualified lawyer with relevant experience in corporate commercial matters. N
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. N
- Positive understanding of contractual principles and commercial risk. N
- Experience in leasing transactions will be an added advantage. N
- Strong drafting, negotiation, communication and analytical skills. N
- Ability to understand business requirements and provide practical legal solutions. N
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. N
