- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications. N
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Apex classes, Lightning components, Flows, and integrations. N
- Create and execute detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements. N
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools. N
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners,



and Stakeholders to clarify requirements. N
- Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. N
- Perform end-to-end testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. N
- Support automation testing using Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or similar tools. N
