NYou will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Internal communications within the organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure effective communication execution to foster engagement, alignment, and a sense of belonging among employees at all levels.

- Support to develop and implement comprehensive Internal campaigns aligned with the company's objectives and values. N
- Collaborate with agencies, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's collective success. N
- Create compelling content, including written, visual, and multimedia material, to effectively communicate key messages, initiatives, and updates to employees. N
- Enhance channels and platforms for internal communication, including intranet, newsletters, town hall meetings, and other digital and traditional mediums. N
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, gathering feedback and data to continuously improve strategies and tactics. N




- Collaborate closely with HR, Corporate communications, Marketing and other departments to align communication efforts and ensure consistency in messaging across the organization. N
- Champion a culture of transparency, open communication, and employee engagement throughout the organization. N
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to internal communication, and integrate relevant insights into strategies and initiatives. N

NQualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degreein Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. N
- Proven experience in Internal Communications, with a minimum of 6-8 years in a mid-management role. N
- Experience working in afast-paced, energetic environment. N
