content and coaching to enable team members to improve performance & drive growth.

• Talent Development process

• Design engaging materials and adapt delivery to audience needs.
• Mandatory: Experience working with Canva, Articulate, SCORM or any other eLearning tool to build training modules, Working on DTPs, SOPs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of sales methods, CRM systems, and best practices.
• Analyze sales data to identify training gaps.
What are we looking for? • More than 5 years of experience in Sales, with a minimum of 3 years in Sales Training
• Primary skill - Training Needs Analysis (TNA) - P5
• Training and Transition Experience - P5
