JLL Technologies Enterprise Analytics is an internal consulting team that provides data-driven expertise to various business lines and support functions. As a Business Analyst in the Enterprise Analytics Team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data related to property management processes, sales and financial information, and market trends and support decision-making within the organization.
You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including senior business analysts, data scientists, and business leaders, to understand their requirements and deliver valuable analytical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop, execute and monitor complex insights and analytical solutions to property tech problems using a variety of analytical approaches and methodologies.
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency in reporting processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of existing processes/procedures.
- Manage current project deliverables, communicate roadblocks and find solutions to move projects forward.
