Responsibilities:
- Develop and negotiate contract terms.
- Ensure all contracts comply with regulations and xxxxx's policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and improve contract terms.
- Resolve any contract disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain organized contract records and documentation.

Requirements:
- Certified Skilled Contracts Manager (CPCM) or relevant certification.
- Proven experience in contract management or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of contract laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
