Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and share daily MIS and business performance reports with the Bank Head Office.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and key performance indicators.
• Develop meaningful data analytics and actionable insights to support business decision-making.
• Prepare professional Excel-based reports, dashboards, and analysis.
• Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for management and Bank Head Office reviews.
• Coordinate closely with the Bank Head Office on business performance, requirements, and reporting.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with Bank Head Office stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of MIS, analytics, and management reports.
• Track business performance against targets and highlight key areas requiring attention.
• Support management reviews and business discussions with relevant data and insights.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and bank stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies





• Robust data analytics and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Good PowerPoint presentation and visualization skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and convert data into meaningful business insights.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight timelines.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and coordinate with senior stakeholders.

Eligibility
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Insurance Sector.
Experience in MIS, business analytics, bancassurance, sales support, or business reporting will be preferred.
Candidates with prior experience of working closely with Bank Head Office / Bancassurance teams will have an added advantage.
