Job Overview
Maskoid Technologies is looking for a multi-skilled IT Network & Hardware Administrator to manage and maintain the company's complete IT infrastructure.
The role involves office IT support, hardware troubleshooting, system and network administration, server management, website hosting and deployment, DNS/SSL management, WordPress administration, backups, security, monitoring, and basic Python automation.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day employee IT issues as well as independently managing servers, networks, hosting environments, website deployments, and infrastructure-related tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Office IT Support & Hardware
- Troubleshoot employee IT issues including system slowness, keyboard/mouse, monitor, audio,



and peripheral issues.
- Install and configure operating systems, office applications, security tools, and required software.
- Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Ensure all office IT systems are operational, secure, and properly maintained.
- Maintain inventory and stock of IT accessories, spare hardware, and components.

2. System & Network Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user accounts.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, and NAS devices.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, and connectivity-related issues.
- Perform OS updates, security patches, driver installations, and firmware upgrades.
- Manage basic firewall and VPN configurations.

3. Website Hosting, Deployment & Server Management
- Deploy websites on cPane
