What you’ll do

We are looking for a Sr Technical Recruiter (6-month direct contract, with potential to convert to full-time)



to support hiring across Engineering and select business functions in a rapid-growing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and strong at driving hiring processes independently while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, assess, and guide a diverse pool of candidates through an end-to-end recruiting process.
- Talent Attraction: Develop strategies to identify and attract top engineering talent.
- Sourcing Excellence: Design and implement innovative search strategies that leverage job boards and social media platforms to proactively identify, attract, and engage both active and passive top talent, continuously raising the hiring bar.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with stakeholders to understand the broader talent landscape, enabling proactive talent planning and pipeline management.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage recruitment metrics and data to address hiring challenges,
