AG Elevators is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager who can take ownership of the customer experience from order confirmation through project coordination, handover and post-sales support.

This role is ideal for someone who communicates professionally, follows up consistently, coordinates efficiently between customers and internal teams, and knows how to handle customer concerns with maturity and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their project journey.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project status, site readiness, installation schedules, documentation and handover timelines.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Projects, Installation, Technical, Accounts and Service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.




- Proactively follow up with internal departments to prevent unnecessary customer delays.
- Handle customer queries, concerns and escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer interactions, follow-ups, commitments and updates in the CRM system.
- Coordinate site-related communication between customers, BDMs and technical/project teams.
- Track pending customer requirements, payments, approvals, site readiness and other project dependencies.
- Keep customers informed about important project milestones rather than waiting for customers to request updates.
- Coordinate customer handovers and ensure a professional handover experience.
- Conduct post-handover follow-ups to understand customer satisfaction and identify unresolved concerns.
- Support the collection of customer feedback, testimonials and Google reviews after successful project completion.
