We need a profile who is a seasoned, mature, stable, and versatile resource. Someone who is a robust combination of Automotive business value chain knowledge and technology knowledge.
Business Value Chain means , someone who has worked in IT for the business functions of Production, Purchasing, HR, Finance & accounts, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Spare Parts business. Must posses the process and operation flow with complete knowledge of best practices.
Technology means, some one who must have worked on Various leading solutions Like SAP S4/Hana, Warehouse Management, Supplier Collaboration, RPA, Qliksense and can differentiate between the offerings of leading Technology solutions.
Someone who has forward looking knowledge and use cases for AI in general and Auto in particular.



Someone Who has worked in digital transformation and can lead the company from Run to Growth and Transform phase.

This profile should be able to take care of operations to ensure the bandwidth for IT leadership is available for next level IT strategy.

Ideally, a person with more than two decades of IT/Auto combination experience. This is a general Manager level position and looking for an early joiner.
